Transcripts for WES ECA valuation from in Kerala University

Dear All,

I would like to send the transcripts for WES ECA valuation for my B.Tech done in Kerala university .

There are two procedures for obtaining the Kerala University transcripts

Option 1: Issuance of transcript on the transcript format of Kerala University.

Option 2: Get the transcript issued on attested mark sheets

Which option i should choose ?

What all documents should be kept inside the sealed envelope before sending it to WES for ECA evaluation ?

Please guide me .

Transcript on the transcript format of Kerala University.

Sealed Envelop should contain transcript, Filled WES Form signed by registrar (bottom portion, they will sign and seal), and one copy of Degree certificate.
Sometimes they dont allow degree certificate copy along sealed envelop, in that case, you should also attest degree certificate from registrar.
Insert all the three in an envelop and Give it for sealing. Done. You can courier it..

Does it mean that insert - registrar attested copy of degree certificate + Filled WES Form signed by registrar + transcript issued in a sealed cover - all the 3 together in another cover and ask the university to seal ?.

Please correct me , if i'm wrong .

Put your transcript and academic record request form in an envelope and get it sealed by the Registrar.
Keep this sealed envelope and a copy of degree certificate in the mailing envelope to WES and send it.

I sent mine in the above manner and WES has accepted it.

So I should ask the university to attest degree certificate by registrar and keep it separately along with the sealed envelope ( which contains the WES application request + university transcript form ) .

Am I right ?.

Do we need to write the WES reference number in the sealed envelope which contains the transcript or write it on the bigger envelope?

hi. could someone help me to get through essential credential assessment! I applied in WES. unfortunately they held my application as mark sheets/ transcripts were not sent directly from university. I am abroad right now. I need mark sheets from kerala university of health sciences and Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences.How can I approach them? please help me

I have completed BSc Electronics (Semester ) for which there is no transcript format available at university website. So how should I go about that can I edit the format available at site and get it sealed?
