Transcripts but No degree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Friends,

I have transcripts of all 3 years for my graduation but I do not have that (Degree Printed), College said that it would get it printed and would be sent after 8-9 months.

Can i send a explanation along with my AOR to CHC (Delhi) stating that the above reason/clarification? Can i also give notary for the same?

Please help in advicing or any suggestion are welcomed.

you can at least send provisional degree and attached explanation letter
for Degree or letter from college will be good

Saadia is absolutely right, PDC is equally acceptable.
