Also, u can take a photocopy of your degree and get it attested.
Put both subjectwise transcript and photocopy of your degree in a bigger envelope, write your wes ref no on it and send it to wes...

semester wise should be fine. I submitted semester wise...

Hi Bro,

University must want to mention subjects name also in transcripts. If it is not mentioned, IQAS may reject your transcripts. Better ask your university officials to issue the transcripts as per your requirement.

Send subject wise transcript to Wes..There is online form on there website , you can use or can go to RTU directly to get it.
And yes RTU is recognized,I have got my positive ECA for b-tech..
