    yes ... Also, u can take a photocopy of your degree and get it attested. Put both subjectwise transcript and photocopy of your degree in a bigger envelope, write your wes ref no on it and send it to wes...

    Send subject wise transcript to Wes..There is online form on there website , you can use or can go to RTU directly to get it. And yes RTU is recognized,I have got my positive ECA for b-tech..
