Dear Guys,

Need your assistance whether to fill this form or not in CIC application

"Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] " and it has to be singed by Oath Commissioner. I am married and have marriage certificate, is this common-law Union refers to marriage?

So May I need to fill this form despite having marriage certificate?

Awaiting for your kind help

Regards

Mian
