yeah I checked my spam box too and i also asked my brother to check his, incase they'll send it directly to the applicant instead to representative(which is me). Can we call call them and ask? or is it not advisable?

we have the same timeline with snehagupta12us, received app in CIO Sept 24 and cc charged Nov 5... apparently snehagupta12us' received aor and mr request and we're still waiting. So i'm wondering if it is because my brother is outside Canada?

It could be. But don't worry. Cc charged means your application is considered complete. Much less likely to get returned.
It is coming. Hang in there.

Cases will vary if you apply within Canada or outside of Canada. Inland applicants generally have more or less the same timeline. If your cc is charged, then your application is considered to be complete.

I'd imagine it would delay your process slightly, being that they'll have to verify that your new job still ticks all the boxes needed to be a provincial nominee. Maybe start a new thread on the main PNP topic board, more people might see it and have better answers.

I do remember seeing something on the BC PNP faq's page that mentioned that it was possible to switch jobs, just as long as the new job qualifies you.
