Mine was charged oct 23 then AOR received by Nov 3 and MR got yesterday at Nov 8 so mostly after 5-6 days or depends if there is no missing documents or once your documents are complete. It will come. :)

Thanks, I thought when they charged your CC or encashed the bank draft that constitutes a complete document? So there is still possibility that my document will be returned :( (hopefully not :( )

Did everyone else get their MR from CIO in Sydney? Mine was, but I was expecting it to be from the VO.

I got mine from CIO as well. What VO did you put in your application? I put mine as CIO

I put mine as Buffalo, so I guess they'll just send it elsewhere, being that Buffalo is shut!

No MR yet. Still waiting. I got my AOR on Oct 27.

Hold on to it. You will get it some day. Things might be different case by case. Are you applying PR from outside of Canada? If so, your application could be in a process of transfer to your Visa Office. That is my opinion.

My MR is also from CIO in Sydney, and the request for additional document is also from CIO in Sydney. I put CPP-Ottawa on my application though.

Yes I am outside of Canada. I am confused seeing a few people got their MR with AOR, a few got in 2-3 days after AOR and few are still waiting even after couple of weeks. Does MR timeline depend on stream and visa office?

guys after medical is done and received by them how long it will take to get PPR? base on my AOR note. My application will take 10 months.. Is it for everyone or it is just approximately or its for my application. Some of the applicant got their PPR and Visa issued within 4-5 months from the received date of application to CIO...

I agree with naer123. If your application is being transferred to your local VO, it takes a little longer to get MR. But the delay may not be a big deal in the long run since your VO could process much faster than VO in Canada :)

I am in the US. How can I find where my VO is?

Edit: From the link below it looks like my VO is CPP-O.

Then most likely you are going to get 2nd AOR plus MR from CPP (or CIO, maybe?) via e-mail.

Unfortunately, we can't find a specific VO in the letter.
My 2nd AOR and MR did not tell exactly which VO is mine (probably others too). It is just saying "use CIO for your communication".
However, when I check others timeline who applied PNP-PR from out of Canada or out of US, I realized they received MR only after their files had transferred to the local VO (I just took a peek at recent 10 timelines). This might indicate that when we receive MR, a specific VO has already been selected.
So, as long as we are being out of file transfer notification, the "current" VO is where the MR came from (Office for communication).
Yes, this is only my guess, could be wrong. So please do not take it seriously. :D
