hi guys! :)

im a newbie here, under provincial nominee (Manitoba) stream.. i have forwarded my application last Sept. 8 and based the courier's tracking my application landed Nova Scotia office on Sept. 13. Until now I haven't received yet a confirmation or AOR from CIC. How long does it normally take before CIC provides AOR to the applicant? Thanks thanks!

Hi Stellar, my application was received by CIC in Sydney on the same day as yours!

I've still not received Aor, nor has my credit card been charged, but from what I can gather from the forums, AOR takes about 6 weeks to come through. So they'll probably process payment just before that.

Hi,

Just submitted my application today sept 20.2012

Lets see when will I get My medical request.

hi guys! im a newbie here ;D

want to join your group...

I submitted my docs to CIO last aug 31 and they received it sept 5, still waiting for AOR.
its almost 3 weeks now, and probably 1 month more for the AOR since CIO still issuing AOR for sept applicant :(

Hi all
i just joining this,
My CIC application to Novascotia date is 18 September, 2012.
I have read on some forum that still July 2012 applicant are receiving AOR, this means we have to think 08 weeks ( or two months) for AOR from date of application.

I think FSW backlog reduction pilot applications have overloaded them (Sydney)

Yes, I think there will be still a few weeks before September applicants start receiving our AOR's.

It might be helpful if we use this site to track our timelines. I added my timeline a while ago and will be updating it as and when I find out any info!

Hello Guys,

I was just wondering about my application document checklist.

As per my document checklist under travel documents and passports, there is one column that "if you live in a country other than your country of nationality, include a photo copy of your visa for the country of which you currently live" but unfortunately i didnt include it in my application. Is there a possibility that they will return my application for missing document? or they can just ask it afterwards including requesting for my PPC?

Please anyone :(

Thank you

Are you currently living in Canada? I'd suggest photocopying it and sending it now, with a covering letter stating that it should be added to your file.

I'm still waiting for my UK police check to come through, but I've already mailed my application. The BC PNP recommended that I don't wait and just mail it along later with my ID number.

Yes I am currently living in canada and forgot to include my working visa, do i have to send it to them even i still dont get my AOR??? Are they going to include it to my application once they received it? what if they dont received it or dont get it are they going to send back my documents as incomplete?

What should i do to send it to them? is there any specific ways to send it just to include into my application?

If they receive it and it has your ID number on, they'll add it to your application. Seen as it is only a photocopy of something you have readily available, I'd send it along and hope that they get it and add it to your application.

Even if they don't for whatever reason, when they do ask for it, you can always just send another copy.

Maybe give the CIC phone number a call to be on the safe side.
