Don't worry too much. If you're email doesn't say anything about deadline, then it's good. Did you check the email attachment? There's a medical instruction which usually indicate until how many days you should have done your medical. Some 60days while others only 30 days.

No I have read the attached PDF very carefully, it is the IMM1017 form and I couldn't find any deadline information on it. As it doesn't say anything, can I assume I'm good?
By the way, in case for any reason I'm considered "late" for this, what are the consequences?

Was it only IMM1017? Because mine has a separate "Meds Instructions for e-Meds" attached. Rather than worrying, just have your medical test done and wait for any updates.

Decision has been made on your application.The office will contact you concerning this decision.

What that means????? Is it good sign?????

Mine had no deadlines either so I just assume you need to finish it within 30 days.

Well, I understand that you are a bit worried and if I were you, I would send a case specific enquiry to Ottawa Pilot and they are obligated to respond to your email at this point, atleast that will give you some closure.
If you are thinking about writing them an email, then put your Immigration File # in the subject line.
That will catch their attention and as a result, you will get a faster reply.
