Hi Batchmates,

It's good to know that you guys are having
significant progress in your PR applications.

For my case, it's quite strange. Though my file
was the first to be received at CIO for October applicants,
i may be the
last to receive MR if there's nothing wrong
with my application. Until now i'm still
waiting for my AOR/MR from my VO since i got my
AOR from CIO last Nov 22, 2012 from my Representative.
And i can't tell for now if my files were
already transferred to my VO or still in CIO.

Is there anyone from this group who are still
waiting for their MR?

Here's my details:
File receive date: 10/02/12
BD encashed: 11/08/12
CIO AOR: 11/22/12
MR: ?? .. still waiting
VO: Manila
Stream: FSW backlog under MPNP
Applying from: outside of Canada

If anyone knows the e-mail address of CIO
to follow up my case, kindly advice.

Thanks & Best Regards to all!

Hi Milsrome,

Did you try contacting CIO? If you haven't done yet, I suggest you to do it soon. Looks like something is wrong otherwise it shouldn't be like that.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Milsrome,

Please try following TWO emails for inquiry:

Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca

donotreply@cic.gc.ca

Wish you good luck.

Hey
Emailing CIO at donotreply@cic.gc.ca would not do you any good and thats for granted. You should not be contacting them using the above mentioned email in order to inquire about your case. I will give you that much, you wont ever hear a reply from them.
To contact them, use this email:
Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at

CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca.

Yeah, it is about time that you should inquire about your case. Drafting a message and sending it to the above illustrated address is definately a good start.

Hi Milsrome
Dont lose hope buddy I m also an Oct applicant still waiting for MR .. My file was recieved at CIO on Oct 12 2012 and I recieved AOR from CIO on NOV 30 2012.. I am an outside canada applicant and my VO is New Delhi . On Feb 5th I sent 2 enquiry emails one to New Delhi and other to CIO at CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.

Hi deepakkatoch,

Thanks for cheering me up Buddy and you are absolutely right not to loose hope. I thought i was the only one impatiently waiting for an AOR/MR update of my application for October batch.
Waiting really sucks especially if you're left behind and no updates coming in, but we got no other choice but to be more patient to wait and keep the faith.

Thanks CANMAPLE, dadaum, and Sarayu for your advice/feedbacks as well. I'll difinitely need to inquire what's going on with my application.

Good Luck to everyone!

Thanks,

Milsrome

I sent an email to CPP-O to find out where my application at but haven't received any reply.I am assuming it is at CIO NS.

Your application was transferred to the Case Processing Pilot the day you recieved your medical instructions. In process status and Medical recieved status was only given to applications that are currently being processed by visa offices in canada or abroad.
I was curious as well but then CPP-Ottawa responded by saying that they have already recieved my application and an office will review it in due course.
So dont worry about it. July applicants are getting their passport requests, and we will recieve our visas in about 3-4 months.

Thanks for info CANMAPLE :)

For Kamya

Next update for people with In Process status will be the decision made notification. It takes about 3-4 months for that to appear.
In the mean time, just be patient. We are almost there.

The next thing you guys will hear anything from the Case processing pilot will be the passport request. Do not expect any more updates.

ya but I want to change my job and that's why getting impatient.

You are right tho,be patient :)
