I've got a reply from Sydney saying that my file is still in their office and medicals were not received yet. Now the question is: when the file will be forwarded to the visa office (CPP-Ottawa)? Are they waiting for medical results?

PS: I am able to login to ecas, however the status still says "Application Received"

Just checked a couple min before, and I can't login to ECAS.

it takes time from the application to be transferred from CIO to the VO in a foreign country(in your case Australia)

I received my approved OWP end of January but still waiting updates for my PR application. No MR yet but was instructed to send the PCCs I received directly to my local VO (Sydney, Australia).

I'm just glad that at least now I can go to Canada by summer this year.

Thanks Sarayu.. I was hoping I wasnt the only one having this issue.

I also hope that they are doing this to update the system and may be process applications faster...
