Wow, that's really quick for e-cas to reflect medicals received. Did you receive MR from CPP-O, or from CIO Sydney?

Congrats Scarletsally on the update. Hope to see some more getting their status updated before the end of this month.

Hi Guys !!! '

I did my medical today .. how much time does cic take afterwards to give PR . As per their website it takes 11 months . my application was received on 15th oct at cio nova scotia .
so it means its been 3 months in total as of now ... does cic take 8 more months to give the PR . Any experiences ???

The 11 month period is from the date of receipt of your application. This date is sometimes also known as the Lock in date.

Based on history CIC takes approx 1 month on average to update E-CAS to medicals received and 5-6 more months on average for PPR after the medicals are done.

Scarletsally update is a positive sign. I hope that they are speeding up the process and trying to chug out applications as fast as possible. So keep your fingers crossed. :)

And good luck to everyone.

Wow they're quick in your case. My medicals were done Dec 06 and according to the receptionist at the office sent on Dec 17th, and still there is no update on ecas.
I guess it's just going to be another nightmare wait for me as it was with SINP.

I know, I was surprised too since I applied through FSW2 last 2011 and the last update for that application was an AOR. Hope your eCAS also get updated!

We got our MR from CIO Sydney I believe.

ood Afternoon:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 6 November 2012. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package so there is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.

,,,,i need to ask one more question ,is the Schedule A4 is mandatory for people applying for pnp if i am a pharmacist and applied under pharmacy business??

hi rammoo

schedule 4a is only required by business class applicants

perhaps you didnt fill something out properly or you forgot a form

where did you apply from........you should be expecting the package in 4-16 weeks

Guys, just to let you know, I am still waiting for Med req from VO. Has anyone rcvd med req outside Canada? How long does it take? I don't see the reason y they take so long 'cause all files would be "electronically" forwarded in this hi-tech age. Any ideas from applicants outside Canada?

Hi hardworkingpk
I am also sailing in the same boat ... Since i recieved AOR from sydney( NOV 30 2012) I never recieved any info from my VO .. Neither AOR nor Medical ... I had applied for MPNP from India .
