my CC was encashed about 2 weeks ago
i would be glad if we could keep in touch and update each other
I have another question
CIC website processing time says that PNP will take around 40 months for ankara.
do i really have to go to another hybernate mode such as FSW 7 years ago?
i cant put up with this one anyway.

Hi Behrooz,

Sure, we can stay in touch and kepp posted with any updates. As your CC has already been charged, I am sure you will get your AOR next week. I also had a look at the processing times of Ankara which is 40 months...it's really too long time. But, tell me one thing. Is it written on your AINP Nomination that your file may be finalized at Ankara? Because, in my case it's written that "your file may be finalized at CPP Ottawa".

If your application is going to process at Ankara, then you just have to wait for a long long time after your medicals.

on the other hand people keep telling me that our files will not be moved 2 the end of the q and will be put on fast track mode

From CANADA POST I came to know that my file was received on October18,2012.

Sorry one update is there.

My CC could not be charged.So I received my file back.

Same day I sent back the file by CANADA POST EXPRESS Mode along with Money Order which they will receive in a day or two.

Please share your experience and guide me in the matter.

Already asked the bank branch if our bank draft was already encash, sad to say they do not have any idea, they advise us to call directly/inquire at the bank of nova scotia in toronto, do they entertain me if I make a ring? I need some advise. thank you

I don't understand why they can't tell you the status. It may be the different case from one bank to other bank. Any way, just try calling bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto...that's the only option you have now. My draft was purchased at TD Canada Trust and my representative was able to know the status (because it was purchased by my representative).

I don't understand why they can't tell you the status. It may be the different case from one bank to other bank. Any way, just try calling bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto...that's the only option you have now. My draft was purchased at TD Canada Trust and my representative was able to know the status (because it was purchased by my representative).

it is my 1st time for me to post here, i applied to CIO on 18th October,and till now i have not hear from them.
Moreover i went to the bank today to ask about the DD if it has been cached or not, but the representative told me that it is still outstanding.
i applied under YNP.

Congrats Behrooz...I am happy for you. If I am correct, your visa office details and processing times will be available in the medical request...I believe....just wait for a week until you get your MR.
