Tracking PNP October 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

i a have one quetion, my file recieved by cio on 14th nov. , my name on nomination letter is not correct surname is not written.
now i recieve correct nomination letter form SINP, i dont have any file no. from cio, what should i write on envelop that they include these extra doc's to my orignal file.any experinced guy hepl me.

The problem is, once you sent the application to CIO, we don't have any track of it. I am worried to send your original Nomination document (corrected one which you got later on) to CIO.If it's just a copy, we are safe....but it's original. I think it's better to wait to hear back from CIO. If they find out the name is incorrect, they may still assign you a file number. In case if they say it doesn't show correct name, then you need to re-submit your application...but it's waste of some time.

I agree with @ saruya. I read somewhere, if not on this thread. After he sent his application package to CIO, he realized that he failed to include one form. He immediately sent the missing form to CIO even without being told (by CIO) to do so. If I can recall correctly, it (the missing form) was later sent back to him. Sorry, can't remember the whole story.

Anyhow, CIO does not keep track of applications physically delivered to them. Applications just sit on their tables and can only be traced until it has been opened for processing. To be on the safe side since it'll be the original copy, just wait for CIO's feedback.

its not original,its computer printed copy, they sent me nomination letter via email.
i am sending these doc's with cover note stating my name, date of birth and courier details of main application.
i am also write this information on the envelop
hope it will work

Appointment is next week, now I regret that I didn't take the appointment for Tuesday.
Glad this works better so far than the SINP process.

I got AOR on Nov 26 too but haven't got my MR. Hopefully tonight.

How does the MR look like? What time did they send it to you?

As far as I know, sending of MRs through e-mails just started last September. I think they no longer send MRs by post.

wockamit got MR before me.

I got the MR at 5:09pm by email but the AOR on Monday came at 9:36pm by email so they either work long or send all emails at once.
