Did you send it through courier. Have CIO acknowledged the receipt. I too sent application on 16 Dec. Delivered by courier at CIO on 27 and now waiting.

I also sent application to CIO Sydney on 16 December 2013.Delivered by courier on 23 December 2013 with signature and waiting for AOR and Medical.

1. In the form IMM 0008, question 4" immigration officer requested for processing this application" . what is exactly answer if I am inside Canada.

2. self addressing label : one is in English or French. what the meaning of the second one in case I live in Canada ( couldn't write Canada address in my language . it will be same compare to English)

any ideas???

1. you have to leave that space blank that is for office use , its for them to appoint imm officer for you

2. self addressing labels both of them are suppose to be in english or french what ever language you comfortable in .

Immigration office requested for processing application is -CPP-OTTAWA
AND
On stickers just write ur address in english
