Great Sarayu,
Thanks for your help.
I'll wait to hear what your friend had said.

Thanks,

Hi Manju,

Just came to know from one of my friends that we can pay RPRF online being out side Canada. Here is the link...

https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

However, what is your Visa Office?....I don't see it on the track sheet....and hope you are in India right now...please confirm me. Did you get any other instructions from your visa office how to pay RPRF? Please don't pay right away, lets confirm that if we can pay it online....sorry to send you piece by piece info.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Thankd Sarayu! That's one precious piece of information! It's amazing how these links requires all your detective qualities...
My VO is Tel Aviv, as that is where I am now situated.
you can update the tracksheet.
I had a look at the link, it looks like it's functioning, but I'll wait for further pieced of information from you.
Thank you so much!

Hi Manju,

So, all I wanted to say is please go thru the email which you received from your visa office and follow the instructions if they are specific for anything....otherwise you can go ahead and pay your RPRF online and send the electronic copy to your visa office.

Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Yeah. Twice in fact. First time no problem. But 2nd time, they held me for an hour for extra security check. But cleared me anyway.

Hello All,

I want to apply for GCMS notes and had some questions. Would appreciate if someone who's done this before can reply to these and provide any other helpful info:

- I have an uncle who's a canadian citizen and am filling the ATIP form on his behalf. The form is asking for his residential address only and NO other identification is requested (SIN?). How do they make sure his authenticity and if he is allowed to order GCMS.
- Can I mention my own email address to receive this info instead of my uncle's? Will CIC raise any objection to this?
- I'm selecting information type as "Electronic files" and "Immigration file: permanent residence". Is this correct choice?

Thanks in advance,
Fahad

Thank you Sarayu,
The letter from our VO doesn't specify - nor the method of payment and nor how much we should pay. Is that how it worls? and Is the sum specified on the CIC website?

Thank you,

Hi Manju,

Simply you can follow the link that I provided you a couple days ago. It shows the amount as 490 CAD per adult. So, no need to worry about it. Better you go ahead and pay it and send the pdf copy of receipt to the visa office.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Team,

My friend and Me are planning for Landing this weekend (Jan 1st week) to CAN-US border.
Please share your experience if anyone has completed the landing.
My queries are -
What all the documents we need to carry ?
If I am CSQ holder do I need to carry the copy of the CSQ document ?
What if I am not residing presently into Quebec province or in Montreal ?

Please share your experience, so that I can well prepared by myself for the landing.

Hi Mates,

I did my landing today at Quebec, overall the process went smooth. I have to wait 4-6 weeks for my PR Card.

Thank You All
Leo

Hi friends,

Got an update after a long time. If you guys remember we have had a new born baby on Nov 1, 2013. After that we have submitted an application to CPP Ottawa (my VO) to add my new born Son to my application.
So, we have now received medical request for the new born last Friday. And hope you are aware that we three (myself, my wife and elder Son) have already got PPRs a long back. So, CPP Ottawa said that they will finalize my application as soon as they receive my Son's medical reports.

Hope everything goes fine.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Congrats Sarayu! Happy to hear that everything is going well :)

It has been a while since I last updated here. I landed on Nov 7. The landing was straightforward and quick. Now, I'm waiting for my PR card. For those who are interested, here is the spreadsheet that tracks the PR Card timelines:

Hello everyone.

I am new in this Forum and I have some doubts regarding the Permanent Resident through the PNP, in my case through AINP. I am sure someone already asked this, but 350 pages is too much to read....

I have a question about the VISA office. In the application I wrote Sydney as the VISA OFFICE, but I guess I should have putted France, as I am from Spain. Do they automatically send the application to them?

They have sent me the confirmation message that everything is OK and that they will forward the applciation to the VISA Office and also requested me the medical exam.

From this point, how long usually takes to get the PR.

Thank you!!
