Please update CPP-O Tracksheet! Thanks a lot :)

Hi guys,
I more than happy to share my news with you: last night (july 4) around 8pm I received PPR from CPP-Ottawa. ;D ;D ;D They requested Biodata (height and eyes colour), two recent photos and passport. I just sent it about half an hour via Canada Post (Xpresspost, prepaid envelopes as they recommended).
Lets see how long it's going to take them to return my passport to me ::)
Cheers,
Kate.

good luck to all of you! Files are moving 8)

Thanks Sarayu and stanleyl.
I'll update everybody if I get any news from ottawa. I should be getting my gcm notes sometime next week and will then get a better idea about what's happening with the file. Now when the January applications are moving as well, hopefully we hear something from Ottawa soon.

Good luck everyone!!

Folks, I need your inputs.

My Ecas got updated to Decision Made on 26th May, got PPR on 28th May. Sent Passports to NDVO on 3rd June.

Since then there is no update. Just wanted to know if there are any other people in a similar situation as mine. It is very frustrating waiting for the passports to be returned.

Hi applyvisa,

First of all Congratulations buddy. I can understand your situation, but don't get frustrated. I believe you are living in India as I see that your sent your passports to NDVO. Usually what I noticed is, it takes about two months to get the passports back from the visa office. So, in your case it's just one month now. However, this is just my observation, it might vary from one visa office to another. But, if somebody sends passport to CPP-Ottawa and being inside Canada are usually getting their passports within two weeks.

So, don't worry buddy as your's has already been finalized and got your PPR...coz we are waiting for about F...O...U...R years to get thru with the Canadian PR process...still in the queue. So, just be happy and enjoy these moments.

Thanks and good luck.

Hi Vishnu,

Nothing wrong even if you didn't send your PCCs along with your application. You can always submit them at later stages. There was a discussion similar to your case before. People here suggested him to submit PCCs as he asked for them. So, you may also submit your PCCs when you are asked. Because you don't know exactly where to send them now. If everything is fine with your application, they may ask you to pay your RPRF and your PCCs at the same time. So, better wait for now. But don't worry, you did nothing wrong.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Once again thanks for your replay. I sent an email to Ottawa they replyed me back don't send it until they requested so am not gonna send it and I paid my RPRF without request. My concern is will it make any additional delay to my file. once again thanks for ur replay

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi Vishnu,

That's fine...paying RPRF upfront is fine. It doesn't affect anything on your processing times. In fact it saves some time at later stages.

Thanks,
Sarayu.
