Tracking PNP November 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

its been sometime since I've opened my PC/Forum.
Thank you for your response.

As a matter of fact; no body asked anything, but I've misunderstood some of the information in the CIC website in regards to Police Certificate , I was unfocused. Now I need to submit a third police certificate for a country I lived in before so many years.
Should I send to CIO or to the LVO, in the AOR they said (CIO) that any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office. what is your thoughts-anybody can help.

If you're applying through the London VO you should send it to London. Their address is;

Received my GCMS notes today
it says,
Medical: Passed
criminality: Passed
RCMP screening: Passed
Security: in progress
RPRF: received

I had applied for GCMS on 1 May 13.

did you also get that note after applying?

"...Your temporary request tracking number is ####. After your request has been registered, a new number will be assigned to your request. ..."

but I never got anything else..

I'm curious, I applied for GCMS notes last April 8 and still haven't gotten them

Security is what is holding back the PPR. It will soon be over and tour PPR will be delivered

What is involved in the security check? I understand that there's the PCC involved with the countries you've spent time in but I'm curious to know what the security check is.
I've had my RPRF request, done my Medical so surely there's not much left, other than the security check.

As I've lived in Australia for a few years and originally being from the UK I'm sure I'm a longer case than those who have not moved around so much

My criminality and rcmp screening was done before IN-process status.
security started after file was transfered to CPP-O(26 Apr as per notes)
i am not sure about update date as i can see all updates only up tp 26 Apr 2013

alright that means there are almost 3 levels of security checking. Two before in-process and 1 after and also the PCC thing comes into effect after In-process.

I think I had the dates mixed up then. File received on 01 Nov 2012 and the email / acknowledgement was December 21st.

Thanks for the information. The information you provided is useful, however, in my case, it is disappointing mine has not been started yet to "in process" . Regarding the time period, I think security check is the longest one among those! More than 2 months, no update after med results received.
