Hello messironaldo,

My status changed to (We have started processing your file) on March 6.

I have not received PPR of RPRF request yet.

Hi Nov-batch,

My ecas has been updated to 'in-process' on March 24. It has been almsot two months and I have not received PPR from the CPP-O yet. Looking at the timeline of others from CPP, most of the people already received the request with similar timeline.

Does anyone know what is a typical timeline from in-process to passport request? I have submitted my police certificate from two countries I lived for more than 6months.

I appreciate your expertise and help.

Hi folks
My application went to In Process on 14 may.
Today I got an email from cio saying my file has been moved to cppo and I should pay rprf (which I have already paid).
Let 's see when they send me passport request.

Thanks
Calainp

Hi Calainp,

That's good to hear from you. When did you pay your RPRF? Did you inform CPP-Ottawa that you had already paid RPRF? Hope your file has completely processed by now. Good luck to see your PPR.

Track sheet has been updated.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi DIVINE FAVOR:

Excellent buddy...Hearty Congratulations on becoming Canadian Permanent Resident. I am very happy for you. It was really fast in your case to get the visa stamped on your passports. Wish you all the very best to you and your family for your life in Canada.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

I just sent CIO an email to see if my files have been transferred to Ottawa since I did not receive an email about it and my ECAS changed to "In Process" on May 13rd.

I don't want to apply for GCMS notes, some people said it could delay the whole process.

Anyone else didn't get the email?

My file was transferred to CPP-Ottawa on the same date listed as in-process in ECAS (got that from my GCMS notes). They didn't send me an e-mail about it. You should apply for GCMS notes, it doesn't seem to delay anything from what I've seen.

Cheers

Hello Prabz,

I am single (no dependant)

I am originally from Pakistan and before coming to Canada in 2010 I was living in Pakistan.

Also, I did visit my home country in 2012.

I think this might cause some delay in security verification.

Hi anser0131,

I don't think that applying for GCMS delays our application processing times. This is what we have heard many times here on this forum. Your status got updated with "In Process" just 10 days ago. I believe your case is perfectly going forward, no need to worry at all. You might get yor PPR any time now.

By the way, are you an AINP applicant? Are you already in Canada?

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Thanks Sarayu and silentrob.

No I am not an AINP applicant, I am a BCPNP applicant and yes I am already in Canada.
