I just checked tracking for my Canada Post XpressPost return envelope and it has been processed at the postal facility in Ottawa. It seems like I will have Passports and CoPRs in my hand by tomorrow.

I have no clue. All the docs I received thr email do not mention anything about visa office.
I am guessing it is Ottawa.
