Hi all,

I have been out of town and am not able to follow the updates from our group. I hope everyone is getting some updates.

Yesterday, I received my PPR!

Please update, Sarayu :)

Thanks.
Congrated polaris, pleased to hear that. They are working on our files. Btw did you get any email regarding transfer of your file from cio to cpp?

Hi Phil,

You have to submit PCCs for all the countries you have lived for more than 6 months from the age of 18. For example if you had lived in 5 different countries for more than 6 months after your 18th birthday, you HAVE to submit your PCCs from all these 5 countries...and it's mandatory for you.

Hope this is what you were looking for. Please let us know if you need any more info on this.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Sarayu,

thank you for the information. I'm glad i submitted all my PCCs.

I now wanna insert a new column, Number of PCCs submitted, in our file "CPP-Ottawa applicants", in order to figure out how this affects the time to PPR.

Everyone who applied in Sydney, NS / CPP-Ottawa, please submit this information.

Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation.

Regards,

Phil

Hey,

I have a question.

Couple of my friends who already got their PRs saying that when there are two address showing in your ECAS instead of one, then your PPR is on the way soon. Does this situation apply now or it only apply for the buffolo cases?

Thank you!

They said two address are the same. This means your file has already asigned to a specific person to process. This is what they said.

Hi Steffi,

Even if they are the same they appear as Mailing and Residential. Thats the case with mine.

in my ecas is just 'your current mailing address' to see, which is the same as my residential.

Hey Steffi,

Dont worry too much about that. For the longest time mine also showed only 'Current Mailing address'. It changed in April I think, and now it shows 'Residential' & 'Current Mailing Address' as two different fields but the address is the same. As long as your address is the correct one , there should not be a problem. The rest all is speculation :)
