Hello Fellow Applicants,

I thought, I would share this substantial information with you guys. After three months CIO replied that your file is with us. I can not believe this, On 18th Jan CIO emailed me saying " Any future correspondence should be sent to the Visa office indicated on your application".
CIO said my meds haven't received yet. My meds were done in New Delhi, I thought doing meds in New Delhi, India would help in faster process.
Could anyone suggest what me what to do in this strange scenario??

i know buddy as i am going through same situation bt i guess theres no way out but wait. So just be pateint and let things unfold themselves. Thats what m doing right now.

I applied for PR as principal applicant from inside canada and have received medical request for me and my spouse back home. When my spouse went to fix a medical appointment, the receptionist asked him to bring the address of visa office where results need to be sent...

Later on, I called CIC regarding this and they said the application should be forwarded to Ottawa as you are inside Canada. Your case will be processed in Ottawa. I have sent my PR application to Sydney, NovaScotia but as they said at later stage it would be transferred to Ottawa for processing.

But still I need some comments if anybody here has gone through similar experience and what would be the address for sending medical reports to Ottawa ??? :

Yes, the medical results will be sent to Ottawa. In the beginning, I was wondering what's the address to send the results to as well because the MR didn't come with an address. However, the receptionist at the clinic told me that they have the forms required and the address. So, I guess, as long as these physicians are authorized by CIC, they know what to do. I would like to add an additional information to your views. Any physician outside Canada is not authorize to sent the reports to Ottawa. This procedure has been changed a year ago due to document mis placement while transfer. Physicians are instructed to send the reports to the high commission of that country, unless you decide to do withe unfair means which I highly doubt it. The high commission will send the reports through its diplomatic channel.
