Hi Kavy,

Actually I did not notice it...but still some applicants are single and they did not get any updates...really don't know what the reason behind the delay in our cases...looks like jagga also waiting to see In process on his ECAS....am just thinking whether I should contact my representative on this...

I have added one new column "Number of Dependents" to our track sheet...so guys, please let me know how many dependents you have.

Sarayu.

Sarayu,

that's a good idea.

Regards,

philfresh

Hi all,
I'm new in this forum. I read some of your posts and timelines and found it so useful. Thank you all :)
I'm a PNP nominated residing in Canada. My application was received in Sydney on November 27. Processing office: Ottawa.Got my AOR email on Jan 22. Medical Request on Jan 27. Medical done by Feb 7. Medical received by Feb 11 ( post tracking) E-case showed medical received on March 25. E-case shows my application went in process from April 12.
I got married (back home) in March 23. notified Ottawa office on April 12 by email for changing my status (the same day they started processing my application :D). No reply from them so far.
Now I'm trying to gather the required documents but so confused about everything.

Hi Calainp, I saw you've been in the same situation. Just wondering which office have you been applying and how long did it take for you to get a response from them. If it is possible from you, could you please lemme know which documents they have asked from you.

I really appreciate your help and wish the best for you in this stressful journey.

When did you send the email and did you send your marriage certificate along with it? It took 21 days for them to respond to the change and they just mentioned to send the required docs so I sent the following docs:

1. Marriage Certificate
2. Birth Certificate of your wife (notarized)
3. Police Clearance Certificate for your wife
4. Fee
5. Updated IM0008 for and Additional family info form for yourself
6. Complete Application kit for your wife
7. Copies of your wife's passport
8. 3 Recent pics (45" *35")

After you hear back make sure u send all the docs (i will say pay rprf at the same time) and then b patient to see the next change (Medical request for your wife (1 month after u send the docs) and already more than 2.5 months so change in ECAS for my case... Best wishes :)

Hi Calainp,

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I sent my email April 12 without the marriage certificate (it hasn't been ready yet lol (translation needed) ) Can I ask you where and how you sent the fee if your office is in Ottawa? What does this complete application kit exactly mean? all forms or just background and additional family info for her?

Thanx bro......you are absolutely right, i have one dependant. Anyways even though we cant really determine the actual reason behind this but still for the sake of analyzing the tracksheet more briefly this is a good thing. The only thing i am worried about is that why are our applications still at the CIO. Its been a long time and it should have had happened by now. Even after transferring the files its gonna take time for the actual visa office to send us PPR. I think it will take a while for us, so we will just have to get our minds prepared that its going to take time n we ll have to be just relaxed and calm. Neways gud luck !!!!!!!

Regards
Kavy
