Hi Gurdev,

Thanks for letting us know your update. But, how come your file has been sent to Colombo? So, is your VO Colombo now?...please confirm so I will update the track sheet accordingly.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

no sarayu i filled new dehli as visa office in my application and i am indian citizen, but recieved aor from colombo,
i think they only send AOR and MR rest process will be done by NDVO, so visa office is ndvo/colombo.

Hi Gurdev,

It's interesting...but let's see which VO is gonna process your application. I will keep your info as is right now on the track sheet and will update later if you have any updates either from NDVO or Colombo.

Anyway, I have added one more column with "AOR From Visa Office" and added your date.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Thanx lilotia.....ll surely call them. I can see that it took hell of a time in your case, almost 4 months to update. Did you got an answer from them as to why it took so much longer ?
No, they didn't explain it. In CIC they said that its probably a mistake in a visa office, and they recommended me sending an email to CIO and explaining the situation. Probably that worked
Good luck

Hi Friends,

I just wanted to let you know that I have send an application to FBI requesting for my updated FBI Clearance Certificate. Initially my FBI certificate was issued in May 2012...but my application was received officially by CIO on Nov 15, 2012. As it's written on CIO website, the PCC should have been issued no more than three months before the application received at CIO. So, I doubt, I may get a request from CPP-Ottawa for the updated FBI Clearance Certificate. That's why I sent application to FBI. I hope I get this FBI certificate by end of April.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi everyone,
I'm one of the February applicants and your advice will be highly appreciated.
I got a mail from Accra to pay RPRF today 10th April not later than 60day.
From Accra website payment can only be made via Bank draft or Certified cheque.
Questions:
Am I to raise the draft in favor of The Receiver General for Canada?
Do I need to send any letter with the draft?
Can I sent it via courier to the Canadian High Commission for Ghana?
Senior with Accra experiences should assist.

Thks,

CRF :'(

Thanks for this info, never knew before. I've checked my PCC's and found one is 2.5months and the other is exactly 3 months before CIO receipt, I guess it will not be an issue, right?!
How everybody is receiving such notifications, i.e. on additional docs, or for MR, is by Email or regular mail. Appreciate any feedback
Regards

Hi,
1. My H1B stamping on passport expired March 2012 and new I-797/I-94 is till March 2015. H1B started in Oct 2007.
If I enter Canada getting the PR visa, do I need to schedule interview at a US consulate in Canada to do stamping and come back?
Does "Automatic Revalidation" theory work here to enter US back without stamping?
I still didn't get passport request to enter Canada but asking as the above situation may arise.

2. AINP was nominated Jan 2012 with expiration in June 2012. Do we need to validate anything here?

Thanks,

hello guyz, any update? hope this month we will receive good news!!!! Godbless!!!

Hi KAJORDAN,

Your PCCs should be fine as they are just 3 months old when your application was received at CIO. And we are getting all our updates via emails, however in some cases we may get updates via postal mail as well in case if we did not provide our correct email address.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi karmavatar,

You can go to Canada and come back to USA using AVR (Automatic Revalidation) without any issues. I am also exactly in your situation, my H1B will get expired by Feb 2014. I don't understand exactly about your second question regarding your AINP nomination. Were you asking if you have to renew your nomination? Please tell me a little bit more.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

I have one question: I've notice that many people from LVO all received requests for additional docs, i.e. mainly fund proof, why you think they do that having known that our proof of fund was already sent earlier to AINP.
What was your bank or type of proof you send, mine was a bank statement with a letter from HSBC.

To make sure you will be able to support your self & Family when you land, otherwise you may become a refugee and have to claim welfare funding, they don't want that, this is a problem we have here in the UK.

Andrew

Ah !!!! No response yet ... Delay aint denial

Hey,

I've paid my RPRF fees online and got the receipt. Now do you know to which email address I have to send the scanned receipt to? My Vo is Ottawa.

Thanks
