Hi everyone,

Does any one know how to contact cio by email or phone?

I have submitted my PNP application last week without police certification because my country's serious condition during at the time.( I wrote a explanation letter with the application already). Today I got my police certificate finally, and want to submit the police certification to cio. Since I havn't got any FN# /UCI, I need to ask CIO about how can I submit the only police certification.

Please anybody can help, I very appreciate your help!!

Hi Sklin,

You can contact CIO at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca
i would suggest you to wait until you receive file number or medical request. Best way is to send police certificate when you are done with medical.

HEllo,

Wait until you received your AOR and then you can send it to CIO. That's the best way.

No not yet. IOM had a little delay on their end in sending our medical reports to CEM. Will send you pm if you want to know. A little frustrating bec all our results were normal. How about you? Did your ME went well?

Yes please i'd like to know the reason for the delay. Regarding my ME i should have listened to some feedback pertaining to nationwide baguio they are really slow in forwarding the results of my ME to CEM. I did my ME last feb 19 and guess what? The result will be forwarded next week they said. If there are applicants from the philippines who are about to have their MEs i suggest go to ST LUKES.... Dont do the same mistake i did.

Well i can understand your concern.......its really been a long time for you and i know it must had been hard. Anyways if you dont know anything about your case and you are worried that you can always apply for GCMS notes which will let you know about what and when anything has happened in your case and what is your applications current status. Heres how you can do that:-

there are two ways.

a) If you have a friend / relative in canada it would cost you just $5 and you will get that in around 30 days.

b) If you don't have a relative or friend in Canada then you can get it from websites and it would cost around $25-$40 and you will get in six to eight weeks..[/b][/u]

Check this

a) If you have a relative / friend in Canada

As you have a relative / friend there it would cost you just $5. Its very easy. Your relative / friend will order this on your behalf and he will be the requester. It can be done by email and your relative / requester can send scan copies of everything. Your relative / friend will receive CAIPS / GCMS notes in his email.

First fill the following form but your relative / friend will sign it as he is the requester.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Then you will have to fill this consent form and sign yourself

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf

Now according to latest IMM5563E form you can even pay fees online if you are not living in Canada and there is no need to fill any credit card form. Pay fees online, get receipt, fill it and then scan and attach with application. Its very easy. Go to section C of the following form then follow other links given below.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf (See section C)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/index.asp

https://eservicesak.cic.gc.ca/epay/lineofbusiness.do

After payment take 2 copies of print out of receipt. Keep one copy for yourself and attach other with application.

Ask your relative to provide copy of his Canadian passport or PR card and copy of his recent bill or bank statement as a proof that he is currently living in Canada

Ask him to scan everything and send everything by email to

atip-aiprp @ cic.gc.ca

b) If you don't have a relative / friend in Canada

try these websites. You will get in around 6-8 weeks.

a) http://www.caips.ca/
b) http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml
c) http://www.caipsretriever.com/2006/03/immigrants-life-in-toronto-canada-ii.html
d) www.lawpoint.ca ($25 only)

Hi maazeeliansp.....they will only share your information to you or hour authorised representatives if any. If you have mentioned her as your representative in your application then ofcourse she can get the information. Do tell her about ur UCI and dob n other important information before making a call.

I did my ME as well at IOM.. Regading the result of ME, they said that they are eMedical and they are sending the results real time.. Then i inquired last week, they said they they already validated everything for all of my tests, xray and PE, ... CEM pannel just need to validate as well... So in not sure when was it really finalized or submitted..... Is it true that they are eMedical? Hope everything's fine just like what they told me 'coz its been 3weeks already.. Hope to see the "Medical Received" on eCas...
