Hey Kavy,
Yes, you are right...but it's too late in my case. I have appointed my representative back in mid 2009 when I filed for my AINP. So, I was not ware very much at that time how things work out. So, thought of appointing a representative so that they will take care of everything. But it was not the fact, which I came to know later on. Just because of my representative's mistake, my file was returned for the second time. It was a very big mistake they did. They sent a draft in USD which CIO will not accept. I really suffered a lot when my application got returned for the second time, because my AINP nomination got expired by that time. hmmmm....long story....but I forgot everything now as it's going good by the grace of God.
If somebody is applying now, then I would suggest them not to appoint any representative. We will get more than enough information from this forum and Canada government websites.
Thanks,
Sarayu.
