Hi ALL.

I have a request to any one who knows whether after FLAGPOLE can I go to my home country ie INDIA?

Someone has told me that after FLAGPOLE until I receive my PR card I cannot go to INDIA.

Please guide me.

you cannot go to india unless you receive PR card. If you leave canada, you will need apply for some sort of visa, not sure about the name, then you can come to canada.

before flagpolling, you can go to india and come back on pr visa..

Why is it ever getting delayed, lol. I have no idea, I paid my RPRF long time ago, No additional documents were requested. And yet it still got delayed. My friends who submitted to CIC 3 months later than i did have already received PPR. But I'm still very grateful for the status change! We are getting real close to the end now! Let's sit tight and wait for PPR!

Hi dadaum,

I am not very sure, but what I expect is...you can go to India but coming back to Canada without PR card is not possible (I think so...but not very sure). The reason is, your PR visa will get expired as soon as you finish your landing. So, you have to have a valid status to come back to Canada which is PR card.

Once again, it's my assumption...let's see if somebody can reply exact info.

I think updation is waiting for some days in CPP-O Excel Sheet?
