Tracking PNP November 2012 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Hey Kia99,

I believe you need to send your passport within 60 days from your PPR...this is what I have heard here on this forum. But, you will see it on your email....guys, correct me if I am wrong.

I was planning on a vacation to the states this month, so I was kinda in a dilema if I should cancel it or go ahead.

I just got 'Decision Made' on ECAS ;D. Sarayu please update the tracking sheet. I can barely believe it. Hope we have more updates like this for everyone else.

My file change status to "In process" on 11th april after that no update for me
hope to see somthing soon.

No new Passport requests, no updates except just one or two. Processing in the month of march was much faster and the first few days of April after that this processing has taken a Snails pace. I think even a snail would beat them if Snail could process our files. Seems all immigration officers are enjoying their summer vacations leaving behind heaps of pending work. Only Manila VO is working like a VO is expected to work. Sometimes I feel why these VO even accept new files when they are in no mood to process majority of them on time. We are always taught significance of time in life then there's these VO's and immigration officers who don't value time. Pathetic!!! Coming from a third world country I find it no different here, either they think we immigrants are used to such treatment in our home countries so its okay to keep us wait or they are just bunch of lazy asses sitting together come office gossip eat fart have fun and go home booze sleep. Life would be so easy if they were in our place and situation and we all in theirs'.

Hello all,

I am wondering is there anyone who applied inside Canada for PNP but his/her spouse was outside Canada? Does it take more time in this case or application is processed on the basis of where principal application is?

I can understand your pain. Look at my case on the track sheet that may feel you better. In my opnion, they shouldn't accept the files till the time you clear the blacklog, what's the point of providing ECAS? In my case it hasn't been updated since I submitted my file in Nov and my medical has been done, till no update.

Anyways you are so close to PPR now and your file is going smooth then why have you applied for GCMS at this stage of your application.

i was just curious to know whats going with my file. Just 5 bucks lol.

No, inland applicants need not to attach any doc.

I am also considerin to apply for GCMS but its asking me to attach documents in the end. What documents do i need to attach ? and after how many days can we expect the reply.

No doc required. just basic information same as we use to login our ecas. GCMS processing time is 30 days.

I do agree it to some extent. when you come here you think it would be a far better place. But things are same everywhere only the faces,color,language and climate changes.Everything remain same disorganized/corrupted underneath.So it's a less that we have to learn. We are learning it for the first time without any help so it make you frustrated.

Also, I paid my RPRF fee early April, and the PPR says that it's been received which is a good thing.
