It worked, I got the PPR this evening. :) Hope everyone gets their soon.

What did your Ecas status say before you paid the fees?
Mine just says "application received" and "medicals received", but not a word about "being in process". That's one reason why I am a bit hesitant to pay the $490.
Thanks for a reply and cheers :D

Well it was in process since September 4, 2012. They requested PCC from me. I got my GCMS notes in January, everything was cleared except background checks. When I initially got the AOR it mentioned the processing time will be 10 months, so it was pretty close June 2012-March 2013.

My AOR from June 22, 2012 also said that the processing time will be 10 months. My ECAS status never changed to "in process".
The AOR also said: if you don't hear anything from us within the next 120 days then contact us!!! I contacted CPP Ottawa but never got a reply.
I sent the PCC with my application forms in May 2012.
Would it help to request the GCMS notes???

It will take about 4 weeks to get GCMS notes, I suggest you do it.

ey guys, I just paid the RPRF and the receipt form needs the client ID, what is that? is that the application file number?
And after I fill it, just scan and send them to the emails below?
OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca
CPPO-Cost-Recovery @ cic.gc.ca

No, I didnt. I just want to pay it and see if I can trigger them to move on my files...

I paid RPRF a month ago - it doesn't trigger anything :( client ID u can find on Work/Study permit : it looks like "Client ID: 1234-5678" so that's 8-digit number.
