Hello Malisa.

Mine is BCPNP, and I am located in BC as well, applied within canada ... my experience in BC is 10 yr +.
My status showed Medical received on Aug 24 (status was still "application received") ; then changed to " In process " on Aug 28.
sorry, I don't know what is FSW backlog reduction category. mine is BCPNP - Strategic Occupations , its a employer-driven stream Skilled Worker Category.

Thanks for your reply.
Best regards

Hi everyone,

I am an in-canada May '12 applicant under 'International Masters Student' category and this is the first time I am posting in this thread.

My timeline is quite similar to most of you in this thread, with the following details:

[glow=red,2,300][glow=red,2,300]
[glow=red,2,300]PNP certificate received: 22nd/April/2012
PR filed at CIO Sydney: 2nd/May/2012
Application received @ CIO: 7th/May/2012
AOR + Medical: 9th/July/2012
Medical done: 21st/July/2012
PPR: Waiting..[/glow][/glow]

Current Status @ Ecas: Application Received. We have received your medicals.[/glow]

Can some one please also explain how can I put my timeline on the left hand side along my profile name?

Thanks and wish you all quick results. :)

Best,
Gary

Welcome to the boat !!

well you have to increase your post count to get "2 Stars" under your username. once you have 2 stars you can go to your profile (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/index.php?action=profile) then in left menu find "Forum Profile Information" that is where you can insert your timeline.

i hope this help

Thanks Sohail..will do that.. :)

Hi friends, I have a question here......For how long I need to stay with company under which I applied for PNP program......? Can I quit anytime after getting PR.. ? please reply if anyone knows...thanks

Today I received an email stating that I need to pay my RPRF and send my passport to Detroit office. I may need to do research on how to send the passport to their office and how can I get them back. If anyone of you knows how to do it or have read any information about how to send it, please post the link here. Thanks in advance!

Many Congrats Sonic.. :)

One of my friend got his ppr some time week and sent his passport to Detroit. I'll try to get hold of him and find out the procedure.

Interestingly, I have a timeline similar to yours. I filed in May and got my medicals done in July.

However, my e-cas status still shows application received. Please share if your e-cas status had changed recently or you just got the mail like a bolt from the blue. Congrats again and enjoy this moment.

Regards,
Gary

Hi Sonic,

I just talked my friend. He actually sent his documents and passport through a xpress post envelope to Windsor office. Also, there's an option to get it personally if you have a US visa. Hope that helps.

My timeline: May 17, 2012...App. received May17, 2012
AOR & Med requests...June 29, 2012
Meds Done....July13/14, 2012
ECAS updated...August 30, 2012..Meds received...
waiting waiting waiting....................................................................................

Hi gary,

Ecas still says application received. Thanks for that info. I think that is the best option to go. Use expresspost and include a return envelope then send to Windsor. I'm still actually gathering information to make sure that my passport will not be lost in transit. I hope you'll get your PPR soon! :)

wow .. congrats Sonic ... that was quick ... like gray i also have almost same timeline as yours(15 days behind from the date you gave your medical) yet my ecas is only saying Application received :( ... i have same question for you did your status got changed prior to receiving RRPF?

Gary,

Actually I have a US visa but since I'm in Vancouver and Detroit is on the east coast so I don't think that it is possible for me to get there. Unless there is an option to get the visa in Seattle.

Sonic, mind telling what was your officer initials? you can find that in MR email in signature.

Sohai,

There is no information about that in the email.

@Sonic: i am confused now .. in your previous replies you said that your status was changed to(http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/tracking-pnp-mayjune-2012-applications-to-nova-scotia-t116981.0.html;msg1775836#msg1775836) "medical received" now you are saying it was "Application Received". ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
