It means exactly what it says on the tin! They've processed your application and made a decision! I imagine you'll hear from them very shortly. Are you using an immigration lawyer?

yes

Well in that case, maybe they sent your decision to your lawyer and they'll pass it onto you.

Aliazad,

I assumed u completed the medical exam right? Officer told me my application was completed before I got my PPR. got it less than a week. Wait and see, an officer will contact u soon, and they mean it!

But I also had experience. When i applied for cec, got decision made two days after they sent out medical request. And It was a refusal.

Lucas,

Your turn next!

Lucas,

Your turn next!

My medical is done in september 2012 and i am july applicant

Just phoned CIC and been told my application is not an in Canada applicant but outside applicant because I am on PNP ... first I heard of this the woman was also very rude and told me that they are very busy on the telephones/email and not to contact them just to wait.

Ecas says decision made...

I have just been asked to submit the passport and pay the fee. No bio data
Like others.....wondering why is that so?

They didnt ask for pictures or height....or eye color...nothing. just fee and passport

just phoned again and got a really pleasant guy who said that It can take up to 60 days ... much more helpful. :)
