I GOT IT!! Last Night I typed them an email and explained my situation in regards my document re-submission back in Oct 2012, and I also explained gcsm notes shows " ready for visa " by officer ID but never received anything communication since my rep last sent my doc on 4 Oct 2012.
Got an private email ( not a formatted PPR email ) 5 hours after from that officer saying, he never received the doc in Oct. He now requested me to pay for RPRF and provided me the fast track service email. Finally, he stated on the email.
" Your application is now essentially complete and will be able to authorized and issue you an immigration visa "

Last updated date is Oct 22, 2012, the day my file reached Ottawa (my file is in process since Oct 2, 2012). Nothing after that.
In the end, it says that subject has held valid status since original entry in Canada. PN approval letter on file. Information provided on forms is consistent with the accompanying documents. Applicant meets PN selection criteria. All required PC's on file and no A36/38 concerns evident. Criminality and Meds passed. No additional docs required. File referred to visa office for further processing.
Does anyone know what A36/38 is?
I guess its a long wait for me

Hi...im happy for you...can u give me an advise on what to do...I applied under the Manitoba Provincial Nominne Program...I submitted my application to CIO,sydney Novo Scotia 9months ago..and I havent received any notice that our application has been processed...so I contacted to their email enquiry last month...and they just asked me for complete name n birth or UCI..I dont have UCI...because they didnt send us any receipt...until now I dont have any response from them...My payment was through bank draft.and according to the bank the cheque wasnt encashed..so I assumed our application has not processed...Im sure they received my application because one of their representatives signed in the tracking record of FEDEX courier...Do you know how to contact them?through email or phone number...I am worried...because my MPNP approval might be expired...thank you..Im from Philippines.
