There was another july korean applicant got ppr yesterday, med done on Sep, don't know other specific timeline

i've contacted cpp to change spouse's email address which was wrong in gcms note and got reply and just noticed that it is Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa | Centre de Traitement Pilote - Ottawa KH5229

referring kinds of officer's code. is there anybody sharing same code with mine?
 
what the hell, i already see 3 sept applicants who got PPR, in process in january, med in nov/dec.

Can't really understand the method they are using to issue PPR, randomly or wat ? Well the whole issue will come to an end someday.

Oh, my medicals has been 3months now. Have never travel outside Canada since I arrived so no need to conduct excessive Background Checks etc.
