Hi Singh,

Hearty congratulations on receiving your PPR. All the very best for your future in Canada.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Great progress on everyone's PPR these days!

I just have a question:
I am from the visa exempted country so I will only need to sent the copies of the following.
- The passport of the pages contaning the holder's namd and photo (got it)
- All pages that show a change of name (which is no applicable for myself)
- All pages that show an extention of validity (???)

What does it mean the extention of validity? Does it means my work permit? Because I don't have an entry visa on my passport...

Thanks so much!

Hi All,

Very happy to received PPR on Valentine's Day. Best give ever. :D

Now, I have a problem to submit the passport to CPP-O since I've recently sent my passport for TRV renewal to CPP-Ottawa too. Haven't received them back since it was only a few days ago. According to PPR email, I need to send the passport to CPP-O within 60 days. So, what should I do? Anyone can pls advise.

Also, is there any other way I could get my PR stamped quicker than sending to CPP-Ottawa? I've read somewhere that mentioned it can be done in the port of Entry which I'm not sure how to do it. Pls could someone advise on this.

BTW, I'm not from Visa exempt country.

Thanks.

Hey Kentish,

Hearty Congratulations buddy. You July guys are really rocking now a days...am very happy for you. Hope we November group also follow you some time.

Coming to your question, can't you get your passport back within that time line? If you can get it like in a month or 45 days from now, you can still send your passport to CPP-O within the specified time line. I am sorry, but I have no idea if we can go to POE and get it stamped there.

All the best friend.

Thanks,
Sarayu.
