Hi

My application status now says "in process ". Does it mean the file is in CPP-O or still it is in CIO ?
it will be transferred to cpp soon

@ lucas52

It means CIO hasn't transferred yet and then CPP-O will review the file again ? After status in process how long does it take for PPR, any idea ?

Thanks everyone. I wasn't expecting it until Mar/Apr.
Hope this is the beginning of PPR rain in this forum.

That means your Eligibility passed, it took 12 days to transfer to cpp for further review. the last update was 30th Oct on Registry of Cpp-O waiting for somebody pick up.

And this is from the London office, which is currently quoting a processing time of 23 months?! That's pretty fast!! Congratulations, hopefully our Ottawa timelines are drastically shorter too! :)

Also, if you log into e-cas, does it show up as "Decision made" now or is it still sitting as "In process"?

Hello All,

I have been following this forum from last few months and decided to join it now. I am a July applicant and have time lines similar to many here. I did my medicals in September and Ecas went to In Process in Oct starting. I applied my GMCS notes in Dec and it says everything is completed except Security which was not started that time. My file was transferred to Ottawa end of October and till December they have not touched it.

I hope we all get PPR soon :)

Reviewed in Feb, good to hear, hope mine too, have almost same timeline. I'm going for a short vacation home, hope return back together with my PP :)
Thanks for responding. Enjoy your vacation.. Keep me posted about your progress. Immigration periodically 'reviews' your file to see if all paperwork is done. If security checks are not complete they put the file back on the pile and set new review date. If everything is 'done' so to speak they proceed with PPR after they have made their decision. Fingers crossed, should not be long now xx

I had choice of London or Ottawa with being a british citizen, when I looked at processing times London was 5 months longer now I am wishing I had asked for London as my visa office maybe it would have all been a little quicker ... oh well they will get to it eventually!

Guys...Do you've any idea if the ecas shows "In Process" ...what does it actually mean? Is it mean my application is in CPP-Ottawa?

Did they already complete all criminality and security checks.

I know they've received medical results (As per ecas).
