yes yours must come soon! in my guess, your file was transferred from CIO to CPP after 1st Oct that mentioned on the email you've got

actually not true. I never recevied anything from CIO, my AOR and the email I got in Oct are from CPP-Ottawa , they never mentioned anything about CIO... so...... I don't know ??? Just keep on waiting I guess. ...

thanks lucas

Hello,

I just want to share this with you as I have been reading this forum for sometime now. I applied in July 2011 and my case is still in the "application received" phase. I got this information from CPP Ottawa yesterday.

Application Received Review Date* By what date will you expect to receive next update from CPP

before 1 Sept 2011 On or Before 28 Feb 2013 By 28 Feb 2013
1 Sept - 30 Nov 2011 On or Before 31 March 2013 By 31 March 2013
1 Dec 2011 - 28 Feb 2012 On or Before 31 May 2013 By 31 May 2013
1 March - 31 May 2012 On or Before 31 August 2013 By 31 August 2013
after 1 June 2012 After 31 August 2013 After August 2013

*Review Date: Please note that the Review Date means the date by which your file will be reviewed by

an officer. It does not mean that your file will necessarily be finalized by that date.

Very interesting info from another topic.

To Jass

Verveiko, that's pretty terrible news, and rather strange. But can we really trust those dates? From our own knowledge of forum members and friends even June 2012 applicants are receiving PPR in December 2012 (in-canada applicants - I do not focus on external applicants due to differences in expected processing times).

I'm still going to be positive!

I too strongly agree with you...Not satisfied with the authenticity of the timeline information.

Hi

Anyone of you have been asked for PCC again ? Because they asked me and i submitted them in December but they didnot send me any acknowledgement for PCC document recieved. I only tracked through DHL and it said it is recieved by so and so person. I am worried whether they have started my file again or not ?

Man I wish there was an option where you could pay extra fee for faster processing, this is so mentally exhausting

This chart translates to 17 months processing time and CIO claims on CIC website for 11 mths. If this is true I think we should open a petition and send to CIC management.

in my AOR they said 10 months)) it's better wait I think.

I personally wouldn't read too much into that timeline, it differs for everyone. True, they have to provide estimates to people so they have a rough idea of how long they'll have to wait, but they are exactly that, rough estimates!

My medical request said that I should expect to hear something within 120 days, so I'm not going to bother with GMC notes or whatever until after the 120 days. Thinks seem to be moving along quite fast anyway, so those estimates are probably out of date anyway!

Sit tight folks, PR is on its way! :)

Looks like it's real

Another applicant confirmed the timetable for PNP and QSW applicants

If that's the case, then we got a LONG LONG way to go
