QUESTION IN RESPECT OF IELTS FOR CIC- NOVA SCOTIA APPLICATION

Please, I have just been nominated by MPNP-General stream category. The processing period was over 15 months. My IELTS result is no longer valid; its over 2 years. And now I want to apply to CIC-Nova Scotia for permanent resident visa. On CIC checklist it was mentioned we should send a copy of IELTS result. Does this affect skilled workers?

And can I still send a copy of my IELTS RESULT that I used to process MPNP application( i.e. now expired)?

Kindly make comment / answer the above questions, especially those applicants who submitted their application to Nova Scotia as of July, 2012.

Thanks

it doesn't matter what stream you under, main things is that you are provincial nominee, but there're 2 exemptions, if you came to canada before july 1 2012 and you were sponsored before july 1 2013, you don't need to send your language test, i didn't send too btw.

When you go on E-Cas to check your application status, click on Application Received, that's how I find the "Medical Results Were Received" status. I expected it to be on the main E-Cas page but it wasn't

Vrveiko,
Thanks for your ealier comment. I really appreciate it but it seems i don't understand what you said.
And moreover, when did you submit your application to CIC-Sydney? And did you submit IELTS result with your application?

Indeed, the CIC instruction said that: Starting from July 1, 2012, most applicants to Provincial/Territoral Nominee Program to semi or low skilled professions that fall under NOC skill level C and D should include language test result.
Does this affect skilled worker's applicants.

Thanks for your kindness.
