Just curious, you have not gotten your file number yet you tracked your Ecas statutes to application Recieved on 7 June 2012? Bro, you have got to teach us how to do that! Or did you use your work permit Uci number?

Hello biometrix,

I was missing Additional Family Information [IMM 5406], which I didn't know I had to fill it even I have no family members. It caused almost 1.5 month delay because of this missing doc. I was very upset with my representative. Therefore, we re-submitted on May 26.

I am still waiting for my AOR, I am expecting to get it within a week. My credit card has been charged already, and I can see my status online as well.

Yes, Use the UCI on the work permit and type in your info. If you can log-in successfully, It will show something there. Else, you cannot log in at all. In my case, they received my application on June 7.

Yes.....you guys have have similar timeline. I hope for the best and fastest proccessing time.

I forgot to mention it earlier, I have a colleague who is working with me in the same company. I was really surprised to know his timeline after he got his BCPNP approval. He got his PR within 3months of the application, and this was last year in August. He had sent his file to seattle for processing. I have gone through almost all the topics in this forum regarding processing time, but i have never seen some one getting his PR in 3 months. He applied the same way as i did, within canada, was already working with a job offer. It really struck me. I must say he was very lucky. Infact he got his PR within 2 months, the last 4 weeks took were for mailing.

Really don't understand the ups and downs of this immigration process. It really depends on the officer.

Anyways, anyupdates please post,

Regards,

In my opinion a lot of factors come into play. The number of countries you lived in, number of family members/dependant in the application and like you said the immigration officer in charge of the file. Prayers also works too. :D

Nominated on 31st of May.

applied PR to sydney on 29th of June
Recieved at CIO on 6th of July.

I'm currently working and living in canada, as so i put ottawa for my vo.
But i'm thinking to get returned my package because i missed a document.

By the way, i'm really curious how CIO distribute our files to vo. do you have an idea?

thanx
