@ LU: Thanks for the info...it's getting delayed in my case, might be because of the cashier's check which was purchased out side Canada...I believe it takes a couple more days to get local banks updated...I just went to the bank today, but no updates.

@ Glennster: I think you should get your AOR today...I am very positive on this...let's see.

I also got my medical request from CIO sydney. In my medical forms also,the visa office was written as CIO. However, in the MR email, it was mentioned that in future, all correspondence should be addressed to CPP-Ottawa. So, I am not sure if our visa office is CIO-S or CPP-O

@Sarayu, Concerning my application to CIO, it was received on the 7th of August not the 3rd.

@ Jaggu: They have requested for my birth certificates. Initially I had submitted consulate issued birth certificates which CIO has not accepted. So, they have requested for one of the following.

1. Birth certificate from Municipal office.
2. No birth record certificate + Self declaration from the applicant
3. Affidavit from the parents + Self declaration from the applicant
4. School leaving certificate

Any of above certificate MUST show the full name of applicant and both parents full name (OR) any one parent's full name.
