Guys, Can someone please advise how to check E-Case updates ? How I check is go to CIC website and click on check application status, Permanent residence, enter personal details and it shows up status.

E-case is different than this ? Please advise. Thanks !

I would like to endorse Ms katilda (Kate) in this thread. She asked me to add her in our TS for Dec batch but CIO received her application as per the tracking of the courier company in January 4.

CIO received it on January 4, 2013. They sent me an email saying they transferred my to Ottawa on Feb 13.
Medical request from Ottawa - Feb 18, 2013
Medicals done - Feb 20 in Vancouver, sent on Feb 27 and delivered on March 4
ECAS:
We received your application on January 7, 2013
Medical exam results have been received (appeared April 2)
I'm in Canada. Graduated from College with Diploma, now on WP working full-time.

That is e-cas You will find halfway through the steps something stating as: "The electronic Client Application Status tool is available for the application you have applied for."

In short, it's e-cas

Hey guys


As per my search to old forums ,Alberta provincial nominees and Federal skilled worker applicants are lucky.
Their processing is faster than the other applicants. As in both the cases they have their field job(Related to study or skilled catagory)
and that is the reason they are getting their PPR'S sooner than other applicants.

Well good luck to all. I am in SINP category. Lets see what happens. Waiting for IN PROCESS e-cas now.

Hi DK84,

Please go through below link and login to your E-CAS page. Select Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier from the first drop down menu. Then next enter your UCI number and following all your other info as required. Then click continue...there you will see your application status.

ECAS is different from this....this is actually forum where we exchange our ideas progress etc etc...but ECAS is run by Canadian immigration department. Good luck for everything.

Need your suggestion :

I had my medical on 26th March 2013, I called doctor today to check status of it and she told me she did not get my X -Ray.

X -Ray people told me that they already sent to the Dr. Grunberg, Calgary on the second day of my examination.

So,i called again to doctor and she advise me to complain CIC for not getting my X-Ray.

Guys any idea what should i do now???????

I would say Go for another medical exam as soon as you can with a different doctor and tell the present medical doctor to cancel the exam and DO NOT SEND IT,
Also bro Do not complaint to CIC, that can screw ur time as well ur application process.

did my medical on March 22 (in Calgary) - doctor's office told me they will mail my package out by March 29.....now it's been almost 4 weeks and no change on ECAS or email saying it was received by CIO....

reason to be worried ?

Similar case here, did my medical in Mississauga on March 4th, Doctor said they already sent it on March 6, nothing so far, I second your question
