Welcome to the thread. When did they charged your credit card? You should be receiving an AOR after 5 to 10 days of credit card charge. If it is being long than you can email CIC and ask for the update by giving all the details. I will suggest you to wait for the response from CIC as they might have sent you an AOR but you missed it or they sent it to wrong address as in my opinion AOR comesup automatically when case worker add your details into the system. I have seen one of the January applicant didnt received his AOR but on enquiring CIC said they sent it long ago. And CIC sen him his file no to track it. Once you have your file no you can send it to your VO your new PCC.

This is my suggestion, if any one can add to this much appreciated.

Hi everyone, good day!
Please add me on this forum/tracking list. I'm a newbie and dunno how this work.. sorry
Please help me, dunno what to do. I already send my complete application to CIO NS last January (3rd week-I lost my track) except for my PCC-police clearance certificate from Kuwait. (work until 2009).
I haven't receive any AOR but they already charged my card (term of payment).
And here's the thing, I have my PCC-police clearance certificate last Monday and I don't know where will I send this supporting document.
Will I send it now or will I wait for them to ask me for that PCC.

Hi starship, have you tried checking your email thoroughly? Perhaps the spam folder?
I also suggest waiting for their response before sending out the PCC.

Hey i did it with dr grunberg, very nice doctor. she will take the time to explain the process, and the receptionist is very helpful

u will be asked to fill three forms, and then there is a machine that weiigh u, takes ur height and measure ur pressure. u will be on ur way in no time

u park on the side of the building, there is a private parking lot, u need to ask the receptionist for a permit.

after they receive ur blood work and xray, they will call u if there is anything wrong, otherwise they mail it rite away

nothing to worry about good luck

Once you have an update on ECAS as medical received we will update current status on sheet as Medical Received to distinguish this with other members.

u dont need an apointment for xray, i just walked in and waited for 5 minutes. the blood test is preferred to make an appointment. i didnt do everything on the same day, there was a day difference. the doctor received my results after 3 business day from sunridge laboratory and the 4 from the xray rite beside it, and the receptionist told me that my application was mailed rite away. i think they mail the applications by regular mail (hence they dont give u tracking number) but this way they can mail all applications daily, she told me that i can call back in a week to get confirmation that the visa office received my application . she also told me that they keep a copy of everything in case mail is lost.
