Guys...I have received my Medicals last evening. However, I am confused about the time period. Does anyone know till how long I can submit my medical results to CIC ? I checked with medical officer in Regina, but they do not have any dates before 8th March and in between I am having scheduled visit to my home country India from 28th February to around 10th March.

Can I submit my medicals once I comeback from India around 12 or 13th March ?? OR is it better to have medicals first ?? Any suggestions for doctors outside Regina but within Saskatchewan ??

Thanks for your inputs and Good luck everyone !

hey bro

try in saskatoon..Dr juliana Balaton ..ask them about earlier dates as its important. They can help you out.
They take cash. mind that. Congratulations
There cont is: 374-9114

Thanks Aarjay...Cash transactions are ok as far as medicals are concern ?? I called them but they are closed till Monday and so I will try Tuesday AM for sure...but I am stuck in couple of things. I have sent my passport to CPP-Ottawa for TRV stamping and now they have increased processing time to 22 days, I got my flight booked for 27th Feb and returning on 10th March as some personal issues and now I got medicals as well and so I am confused as how to organize and plan so I don't miss anything. Would it be okay if I submit my medicals in about month or so OR does it need to be done in limited time period ?

Do we still have to show bank balance statement when applying for TRV?

Hi DK84,

First of all congratulations on receiving your MR.

I just wanted to let you know that you can take your medicals in any country in the world, as long as the doctor completing the exam is a CIC panel physician.

The full list of doctors can be found at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx

Recently one of this forum members took his medicals in Hyderabad which costs for him about 8000 Rupees. So, you may also consider doing thie same. So, all the very best for your medicals.

Thanks,
Sarayu.

Hi DK84

Congratz on getting ur MR. Did you received AOR fom your VO to? Did it arrived yesterday or with AOR from CIO?

Hi Kashifm, Thanks well I am not sure much as email contains only Medical request form, CIC sent. I did receive one email on 12th feb from CIC, mentioning my application is complete and CIC will forward details to corresponding visa office and I had my file number in that email.

Thanks sarayu for your inputs, I appreciate. but still I am not sure it would be better to have medicals done from Canada instead of India. Do you know how long it takes doctor to send medical results to CIC ? My only concern at a moment is timeline for Medical submission as I don't know if I submit medicals in 1 month time, would CIC accept it or not.

Thanks againa and Good luck everyone !

Hi DK84,

As you just received your MR, I don't think you don't have to worry about time lines. And I am not sure if you have to submit your medicals within some time period as it's no where mentioned in our medicals....but still, I am not sure on this.

Best way is, you send a personal message to a forum member from October group and his forum name is "mcsvizag"...am sure he will reply you very quick. He was the one which I was talking about in my earlier post. He will tell you exactly how long it took for him to complete his and his family medicals in Hyderabad and the rest of the process. Just a week before his ECAS was also updated with "Medicals Received".

Good luck.

Thanks,
Sarayu.
