Tracking PNP January 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Hi everybody,

I just discovered this forum and now I am totally stressed! The immigration received my application on the 28th of January (Ottawa). I did my medical check on the 25th of March. When I check my status on the website I can only see: application received and no other information! How did you know that they received your medical report? It looks like most of you have answers and we still have nothing!
I apply within Canada but I am from France. Nothing was missing in our application.

I have a question regarding the change from Application Received to In process. Do you see the change in your ECAS to In process on August 27 or later?

HELP please....I just received an urgent mail from Embassy of Canada Manila returning our RPRF fee....I made it thru managers cheque in Peso....in the website it says 490 CAD dollar equivalent to 19, 900 pesos...but i paid extra....that would be 21 000 peso...coz i was anticipating of currency fluctuation...the letter says amount Invalid.....to all other filipinos who went through RPRF...did u guys paiid the exact 19, 900 ?or did u add extra amount..please help...im on my way to the bank...thank u...

Try not sending pesos...can you not get a bankers cheque for CA dollars.that way you can get in for the exact amount of 490$.

Thank u for ur reply...I paid in excess that was 21000 in.stead of 19900 which is d equivalent of 490CAD as posted in CIC website....i found out, as other forum mates advised...it should be the exact in peso...we will make the payment tomorrow

You go to the website, CIC manila so you can see what is the exchange rate. Do not worry about the exchange rate just get the right amount of RPRF from the CIC website.

Hi Lennon. I'm in the exact same boat. My status was changed to Decision Made this weekend but I haven't gotten an email either. I too am already living/working in Canada and am from a visa exempt country. I don't know if this is the reason we haven't gotten anything in email yet. Must we still go through the passport process?

;D today is a good day...no no ...today is a great day.... CPR arrived in the snail mail this morning.

A dream since I was young, finally happened in my 30's. an amazing feeling.

So just going to wait for my wife and child's new passports to come through and we are taking a trip to the states!!!
