Tracking PNP January 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Hey Guys and Gurls,

My Ecas was updated to in process on May 14, the actual update happened sometime last week

I dont know should i pay the RFRP or shall i wait for their email !

Hey i think, it is totally up to you like you can pay it or you can wait for their email. Your file is in process that mean they will be contacting you shortly via email for RPRF because they have to have it before making any decision. One of my friend got his in process on may 9 and got email for RPRF on may 20.

Applied for my PNP (alberta) in January 8th, received file no. from CIO on march 14th 2013. Guys please let me know what the procedure is.. I have no help from anybody in this. Doing everything by myself..
Can anybody tell me how this whole thing of applying to NEW delhi, india works if I am still working in alberta, as i chose new delhi on a friend's suggestion. any help would be appreciated. thank you.

The procedure after getting you AINP apprived is to apply to CIC with that approva;certificate and other supporting documents which includes the forms by cic. You will also be needed to submit police clearance which can be submitted later on. Here is link to full application package along with instructions by cic.

The visa office depends upon what country are you applying from. if you doing it from india then you have apply at new delhi VO. Please keep in mind that AINP certificate is valid only for 6 months and you have to apply and get file number within validation of this certificate.

i am so in confusion

my visa office is Nairobi,Kenya,Africa

first i sent the application to CIO-NS for permanent residency visa application
on Feb 18,2013 i have got email from CIO office saying your application is complete with identification number like(UCI) and it is send to visa office for further process
when i check the online ecas status it says
We received your application for permanent residence on January 14, 2013.

We started processing your application on May 23, 2013.

but still the visa office could not requested me medical test

what does that mean in process without medical result

yours ....

I think you just need to be patient and wait for your time. I am sure you will get it.

Ecas update Medical results have been received- May 4

Just wanna to let you guys know that I have received my RCMP PCC on friday and sent it to Nova scotia's given address on the same day including the copy of that email.

Praying for in process and PPR now.

Current location: Calgary, temporary foreign worker (skillled occupation)
AINP: 28.12.2012
Application sent (to CIO-NS) : 8.01.2013
Application received: 21.01.2013
Application acknowleged: 25.02.2013
Medical Request: 27.02.2013
Medical Done: 30.03.2013
Medical Received: 22.04.2013

Not sure which office is handling my application though. Does anyone know where to check this? So far all the correspondences I received from CIC are emals, no postal stamp that can reveal where they are sent from.

Did to sent your application package to Nova Scotia because i think applications within Canada are handled at ottawa office via nova scotia. you can check application status online if they started processing your application.

According to CIC website, Nordic citizens who have lived in Canada for less than one year should have applications handled by London Visa office which is one of the slowest. I hope my family got lucky and got everything processed in Canada. By far there is no record in ECas indicating file transfer etc.

Thats great brother, i hope you sent it via good courier service so that you can track it. I think this is all they needed and now they are ready to start process. good luck
