Tracking PNP January 2013 applications to CIO Nova Scotia

Congratulation Man... Well yeah its strange that your DD is outstanding, normally they encash it before AOR. Any way congatulation.
I am also Ontario FSW nominee. Sent my package in Nov, but got returned in Feb and sent back in feb.

I believe they made a typo mistake as it could be 3rd Mar and they put 03rd Jan.......Anyways the good thing is that they said my application is complete. That's what I wanted. Now finger crossed and hope for the swift process through London VO.............

Donot worry bro, as long as they have charged money its a good news. Anyhow if they still find anything missing in Your application, they can request those documents.

Mind you its always scary as if there are serious issues with your pr application like Fraud funds, duplicate documents. any banns of applicants or sub applicants.etc. Hope there is not anything like that with your application.

I had a really bad time. I actually received my PNP in may,2011 and applied for PR in VO New Delhi, Medicals done Nov,2011, it was rejected in september,2012 due to some problem in sub applicants profile. After that I applied again in Nov,2012. It was also rejected and Got my file back again in Dec,2012 due to my freaking last name. This is 3rd time applied for PR. Hopefully by gods grace I ll get it this time.
IF ANYBODY IN CANADA APPLIED IN PNP TO CIO SYDNEY NS, AND NEVER GOT AOR IN 40 TO 50 DAYS NEITHER A CREDIT CHARGE. ITS A BAD SIGN.
Not trying to scare other guys but it happened with me.

Also my medicals has been sent to OTTAWA and it ll reach there on 7,March,2013. But E-CAS not updated yet. Checked it with UCI and Application number.

What do you mean by sub applicants profile. Is it your dependents.

Sub applicants mean dependents,

Given name A. SINGH. AND nothing in family name on Passport. Without family name you cannot validate the form. So I added Singh my last name on pr application and they returned my file.

Its been 8 weeks since i have sent my application and CC charged on 8feb,still no signs of AOR.
I called CIC but i was advised to wait just wondering how long could it take for AOR.

Hi

Thats good news atleast they have charged money and started working on your file.
Are you in canada? If yes, its strange. Email must have been gone to wrong email address or something wrong. You should send an email to ottawa.

If you are outside canada. You should wait keep on checking your email, junk folder. and E-CAS status.(Client Applicant Status)for atleast 3 months.
After that you should contact Ottawa or whatever is your visa office.

Did you copied your form when u submitted your application. If yes check the email id that you provided. May be it is wrong. I believe you are checking your junk folder aswell it might be sitting there. or you can just wait or email CIC for an update......

This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your payment dated 3 Jan 2013 in the amount of 1,250.00 Canadian dollars. Your Payment Receipt No. is XXXXXXXXX . Please keep a copy of this letter for your records and quote this number on all correspondence relating to application fees or refunds.

This time I added extra papers and wrote them that I had my student visa, work permit and PNP issued under the same name and also I had my social identities under the same name. Notrized all documents and sent it. and they accepted it.

If anybody has only given name on passport he or she should always put all his name in family name on PR application.
