This is nice except the fact that the staged count for days should start after AOR received. Specially since most of us have paid online, the days now don't give the exact picture or average time. Another way would be to add another column to sum up the days for payment + AOR received. From Medical received it makes total sense to have the break up between 2 steps but again there should be a total count reflected for the day elapsed at the end or with the step. What say ?
I agreed with you that "staged count for days should start after AOR received".
Total count is already in the spreadsheet you can find it out by scrolling it to the far right. I don't think we need to know the days elasped with each step except for those combined steps which are actually one step, such as "Enchashed + AOR ".
The goal is to make the spreadsheet neat, easy to understand, and give us an estimated expecting time as accurate as possible. I have seen other spreadsheets most of which are too lengthy to give us a quick overview.
To resolve the "Enchashed + AOR" problem, instead of adding one more column to the spreadsheet, I suggest that we can delete "#of days" column after "Encashed" and filling the "#of days" after "AOR" in this way.
# of days
Online payment 0+36=36
Bank Draft and others 28+6=34
This gives us both what we need.
The "Date" is more important to everyone and the "# of days" as long as every crew reads, they can understand.
What do you think, we can tell mrmrlouis to see what he says. If we all agree, then we can give it a shot. If it doesn't work out, we can change it back without any problems.
Anyway, the above efforts are all contributing to improving our spreadsheet.
