March 29 is Good Friday, I think CIO will close on that date.

Correct 29 is a statuary holiday here in Canada. I hope they work monday as its easter and some offices are closed then too..

Do you happen to know what's the problem and how can we fix it? We would appreciate it very much if you spare some time to troubleshoot the fault. Inshallah, you will get it soon, however, write an email to CIO they will get back to you in 20 days.

For nomination certificate extension, you need to have the original one + letter of the CIO asking for extending your certificate. Then you will send them to the province which issues it, and they will send you a new one.
Don’t worry, Things will be good. I have gone through this.

Good step, you will get answer form Ontario befor CIO.

I submited My application in december and when it was late, i did the same action until i knew that it was returned. and i even call Ontario to know the situation.
