Sorry for what happened. Is it concerning the arabic translation document? What exactly is written?

Sort it out, check the completeness of your documents then re-submit it soon.

I was reading the Guide P7000 in CIC website and saw this in Pay the fees section. "Online-payments are not accepted by CIO".

Andrew, do you think they will accept your RPRF paid online?

Have looked at the P7000, it dose state that application fees are not payable online, but this guide is date Oct 2012, this was before CIC updated their website and added this payment method. When they get round to updating the P7000 I suspect that they will update this information. ;D

I can always send the receipt to CIC in Canada when I get a file number, that should do the trick. I have also emailed London VO to ask them to clarify the situation.
