Then send the above with a cover note explaining that you never lived up to 6 months each time during the birth of your children...

march 09: RPRF payment sent to CEM
march 13-14: medical exam, apr17: spouse
apr 17: in process in EcAS, started process application on apr12

thank you. Actually they neither asked for payment of RPRF, nor for additional docs.
