I dont think there are any authentic information that based on it, most applicants files that are in CPP-O are already finalize they just need an officer to sent out the PR email. I got 2 of my friends that are still waiting for PPR even for the fact that they applied in July, they payed their RPRF some weeks before mine yet that didn't trigger anything.
